  • Whole grain is a great addition as it’s rich in iron, which is a major factor in hair loss.
  • Take a nutritional supplement, such as a multivitamin, they can help your body’s needs of many vitamins.
  • Weight yourself once a week to gauge your process. Losing more than 2 lbs a week can put you at risk of losing your curls.
